Unsure About Your Level?

If you are unsure about the level you need to enter, please contact us at coffspupcup@gmail.comprior to entering. Entering the wrong level may result in disqualification and a fine of $300 if fraudulent behaviour is confirmed.

Level 1 - Less than 18 months experience

Beginner

Requirements

  • Less than 18 months of grooming experience

  • Started grooming no earlier than January 10, 2025

Available Classes:

☑️ Salon Freestyle

☑️ Asian Fusion

☑️ Creative

Level 2 - Less than 3 years experience

Novice

Requirements

  • Less than 3 years of experience

  • Grooming or showing chosen breed no earlier than July 10, 2023

  • Must not have won 1st place or Best in Group against 3+ competitors

  • Must not have won Best in Level/Show

Level 3 - More than 3 years experience

Open Class

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of grooming or showing experience

  • Must have achieved 1st place or Best in Group in Entry, Intermediate, or Novice against 3+ competitors in chosen class

  • OR Best in Show Novice

Note: Tyro Groomers may choose to compete at the Open level if they wish.

Level 4 - 3+ years specialist

Masters Class - AGT QUALIFIER

Requirements

  • Certified Master Groomers, Educators, Show Handlers, or Breed Specialists (3+ years)

  • Must have won 1st place or Best in Group against 3+ competitors

  • OR Best in Show/Level

Note: All competitors seeking points in the Australian Grooming Team qualifier must compete at the Master Level in Purebred Scissor, Gundog, Hand Strip, and Poodle categories.
